Changes generated at the university education level and their influence on structures that hold the information

Summary/Abstract: Strategia proiectează viitorul universității şi este esențial să fie luați în considerare toți coparticipanții la viața universitară: corpul profesoral, conducerea executivă de nivel superior a universității (rectori, prorectori, decani, prodecani, directori administrativi), Senatul şi Consiliile Profesorale, Studenții, Sindicatele didactice, Ministerul Educației şi Cercetării, Aparatul Administrativ al Universității, şi nu în ultimul rând firmele şi companiile multinaționale interesate să investească în învățământ sau interesați în a angaja şi folosi absolvenții universităților. Planul Strategic al Universității ar trebui să traseze direcțiile de dezvoltare a fondului infodocumentar, misiunea viitoare a bibliotecii, faptul că o parte a fondurilor obținute prin proiecte şi taxe ar trebui să se îndrepte spre achiziția de baze de date şi echipamente IT. Strategy shapes the university’s future and it is essential to consider all the coparticipants to academic life: the teaching staff, the executive leadership at the upper level of the university (rectors, pro-rectors, deans, deputy deans, administrative directors), Senate and teachers' councils, students, teachers’ unions, Ministry of Education and Research, the University Administration, and not in the last place the firms and multinational companies interested in educational investment or in using and hiring university graduates. University Strategic Plan should trace lines of infodocumentary fund development, the future mission of the library, the fact that a part of the funds obtained through the projects and fees should be directed towards the acquisition of databases and IT equipment.
