Summary/Abstract: In the case of the dialects of the middle valley of the river Siret, the verb is a lexical grammatical class having an extremely rich and open inventory and a wide area of particularities. Since the verbe is that sentence component that is endowed with grammar categories bearing a highly deictic (time, mode, person, number etc.) potential, being able to transform a syntactic organisation into a statement. It ensures to the unit created around it a syntactical, semantical and pragmatic autonomy, as it has the role to bear the predicativity marks.
