Summary/Abstract: The role of those who participate in raising children, parents in the first place, and then teachers and librarians, is huge on the path of developing learning motivation. Reading with a book in the hand or reading from the screen reveals a new world and opens the door to the unknown. It is up to adults to develop the need and desire for discovering this new world through reading and learning. The habit of reading and visiting library regularly is formed in childhood, when library becomes a place of pleasant and cultural pastime, a place that children gladly visit in their free time. The aim of this paper is to define the ways how parents, teachers, and school librarians working together can cultivate a love of reading in school children.
