Summary/Abstract: In modern scientific native and foreign literature, scholars pay much attention to various aspects of the study of communication systems, including structural and functional analysis of existing forms of content and role in modern culture-genesis. Analysis of submissions on the studied processes and reflections on the theory of modern culture with the need to push us to find a universal category, which would be absorbed specifically communicative displays different levels of scale and at the same time would potentiality for humanitarian integration. At the intersection of these two vectors is the phenomenon of humanitarian communication system as a reflection of specific social and cultural interaction that occurs in the process of socio-cultural activities and has kept in an exchange of information between individuals or associations promotes the preservation and development of spiritual unity of the human community.Modern french culturologist A.Mattelar, making a reflection of culture as a scientific category of creative and practical actions in the well-known work "Cultural diversity and globalization" emphasizes on updating the definition of culture in international conventions, including UNESCO. Philosophy, which since 1980 as the basis for action and research UNESCO in culture has led to expansion of spheres of influence and opportunities for cultural policy, to understanding all the issues related to communication policy. French culturologist L.Flory in work "Sociology of culture and cultural experience" represents his vision of the dynamics of communication and content of the humanitarian system. In particular, he notes that the content of modern humanitarian communication system formed by cultural industry.
