Summary/Abstract: The intensive working conditions required today, especially those working in the private sector, have a very negative effect. Burnout is at the beginning of these effects. The concept of burnout has recently begun to be studied in academicians in almost every sector. The aim of this research is to determine the burnout levels of the people working in the banking sector in Kyrgyzstan. This study has tried to reveal the current situation in the banking sector of the issue of Burnout which has not been worked in Kyrgyzstan so far and therefore, this study is important in this respect. Within the concept of the research, there are six banks which accepted to be involved in this research. SPSS program was used for analysis of data. Frequency, percentage and comparison analyzes were used in the evaluation of the findings. As a result, it is determined that emotional exhaustion is at a high level and the level of desensitization is moderate in the banking sector. Burnout is found to be high in the third dimension of the burnout concept, personal success. In this case, it can be said that the general burnout syndrome levels of staff in the banks participating in the survey are high.
