Summary/Abstract: The author has assessed the social inequality in Ukraine and countries of ОЕСD, proved existence of a high level of poverty in Ukraine, analyzed the social inequality influence on economic increase and development, examined consequences of state measures regarding decrease of a social inequality extent in Ukraine and OECD ; proved inefficiency of the Ukrainian state police; determined directions of improvement of the policy in the area of fighting poverty and surplus social inequality.
