Media Image of the Practical Implementation of the Emancipation of Female Soldiers and Female Officers in Disposable Uniform Groups

Summary/Abstract: Equality between men and women in Poland is undeniable and is in line with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and regulations issued under it, and relevant international regulations. In disposable uniform groups that have so far been perceived as typically male, and in terms of both professional and managerial criteria, the issue of gender equality has, in fact, emerged after 1989. These groups, enriched by the participation of women in their structures, Equality, especially since the presence of women in them became a fact more and more noticeable. Their emergence caused the need to start emancipation activities in these groups. Knowledge in this field rarely, however, penetrates universal consciousness, the press or literature, and in many cases the only source of information in this area is the media, mainly electronic. The author’s intention will be to try to construct a complete picture of emancipatory activity in disposition groups based on these media and to show their relation to this problem.
