Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the problems of education for best personal qualities of our students. These qualities aimed at understanding the essence of musical creativity and their implementation during the artistic and interpretive process. It suggests ways to solve certain problems of music pedagogy, which are closely connected with the creative process of performance at the musical work. Scientific development of the problem concerns the various spheres of music pedagogy, psychology, methodology, and requires its decision creative approach. The creative initiative of the young musician is the most important criterion for the development of artist-musician. The beginning for the creative initiative is the interest to the profession of musician-performer. The act of creation from the new artistic images, art subjects, characters and artistic situations gives great and strong potential for musical creativity. The creative initiative should be developed in very many subjects in high schools of culture and arts. Among them are the following as well as psychology, aesthetics, analysis of musical forms, history of playing on different musical instruments, interpretation of music compositions, history of musical theoretical thinking and others. The musical interpretation takes a special place in modern musicology. Mastership of the musician-performer, the special knowledge about the history of performing and the total cultural level of the artists are the three foundations for the concept of art interpretive. The different researchers, musicians, teachers and students do not have to select the most important position. All of them are very big important for modern musicology. Teachers and researchers must create an atmosphere for the use of all intercultural space. They have to develop practical application of knowledge in different spheres of music. Features musical writing, forms, style and genre music compositions, dramaturgy of construction, the duration of the performance, place for them representations are important criteria for the interpretation of the music masterpieces. The teacher must be a tutor for her students. The task of the teacher is to expand the cultural foundations of the pupils. Very many kinds of art, namely theater, art cinema, ballet, fine art, literature, architecture must complement the music (musicology, musical performance). Moral positions in the life are big important criterion for the cultural level of the performing musician. The feeling of love, kindness, mercy and patience are displayed in music, musical compositions past and present. The future is in the hands of the teachers of new ideas, the ideas of cultural synthesis. The modern music pedagogy and music psychology should decide these problems. These questions are open in contemporary science and require a broad investigation from the current scientists. Investigators must reveal the sources of human creativity, faces and theirs intersections. Problems of interpretation in performance should be reflected in the training programs of subjects, in curricula of educational institutions, as well as reports of teachers, researchers and of student youth. The work on the interpretation of performer should be included in everyday practice music pedagogy. The teacher directs his students to integrate intercultural kinds of art for increasing possibilities of interpretation for musical compositions. The teacher encourages the development of individual autonomy in performing the interpretation for musical masterpieces. Student creates examples of interpretation for musical compositions on every special class. The young musician makes a verbal response to his work. Musician speaks the options the interpretation in performance on the music instrument as well as in the form of verbally. This process is created for the musical compositions of all genres, styles, forms and directions. The teacher monitors this process with important suggestions and comments.
