Summary/Abstract: Also, in modern history, we would find a whole range of realistic attempts at the world and European integration, and many other concepts that have remained on paper. Real attempts at integration were the results of the negotiations of peace conferences after the Great War conflicts. He wanted to use his temporary military success to reorganize Europe Napoleon I. The Austro-Prussian agreement on the arrangement of space was even more realistic former Roman-German empire, which resulted in the formation of the German League. Attempt a certain integration beyond the mere alliance was in the twentieth century and cooperation within the League of Nations and the United Nations.
