An issue of determination of an organizational and legal form of self-regulatory organizations

Summary/Abstract: The article examines issues of legal status of self-regulatory organizations in the context of their functions. Self-regulatory organizations are organizations combining business entities on the basis of unity of a production field (products and services) or a market of produced goods (products and services) as well as entities, which carry out a certain professional activity. The author has analyzed possible organizational and legal forms of SRO s, which depend on functional obligations and membership. Moreover, the author considers the legislative basis of a SRO activity depending on its organizational and legal form in Russian Federation.
