Summary/Abstract: The consumer credit market develops activelyin Ukraine in last time. Behavioraleconomicsexplains that decrease of realincomes is not its cause. Increase of loan supply and competent advertising that had been based on human psychology is its cause. People spend most of loan for satisfaction of desire to be comply with certain society standards to have expensivethings, but not essential commodities.
