Summary/Abstract: In this article I introduce university subject Global Challenges (not) Only for Journalists, which is ran since academic year 2015/2016 at the Department of Journalism at Faculty of Arts of Comenius University, in the frame of project cooperation of NGO People in Need Slovakia, aforementioned department of journalism and media outlet Hospodárske noviny. Article is divided into three chapters (besides the short introduction). The first one summarises basic information about the subject and the initiative behind it. The second one describes theoretical and methodological background of the subject set into pedagogical frame of Global Education. And finally, in the third chapter there is a short excerpt of the evaluation process of quality and impact of the education process. This evaluation was integral component of subject realisation, aiming to continuously adjust teaching procedures in order to achieve educational goals set before actual realisation of the subject.
