Summary/Abstract: After more than two years the English issue of our journal Politička misao is finally being published. Since the last English issue appeared in 1993, our readers should regard this one as comprising two issues (for the 1994 and 1995 volumes) in one. The reason for the belated publication is primarily the fact that the editorial board was not able to secure the necessary funds for the publication of the English issue. It is therefore evident that our original plan to have two English issues annually cannot be fulfilled; yet it is our firm will to publish one such issue per year.
