Institutionalization of the new economy of mass collaboration: problems and foreign experience

Summary/Abstract: Having done the comparative analysis of organizational mechanisms of the traditional market economy and the wikinomics, the author substantiates the main peculiarities of the institutionalization of collaboration of network community participators in the cyberspace. The author has indicated the sense and directions of overcoming the institutional conflict between the external and internal rules of functioning of the new economy of mass collaboration. The article substantiates necessity of adaptation of the internal rules of the wikinomics to legislation of certain countries and creation of the legal framework for effective implementation of mass collaboration through the Internet.
