How the law influences economic relations: analysis of the legal regulaton framework

Summary/Abstract: The article considers an issue of correlation between the law and the economy.The author describes obligatory stages of legal regulation and peculiarities of influence at each of stages. The author considers the influence of the law on the economic relations at the stage of law enforcement, which is facultative one and can be deployed at each of obligatory stages as well as between them. The article substantiates that the law mainly mediates the economic relations due to various legal forms. Correction of these relations through legal mechanisms is a complicated process. The state shouldn’t attempt to fight certain economic processes through repressive methods. On the contrary, the state should change social, political, and other reasons of processes’ emergence. In such a way a society can attain legalization of the economy and overcoming corruption, etc.
