Summary/Abstract: W niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawiono funkcje instytucji upoważnionego przedsiębiorcy w prawie celnym, jej rolę w zakresie rozwoju procesów wymiany towarowej w aspekcie koncepcji efektywności adaptacyjnej D.C. Northa, korzyści, jakie osiąga upoważniony przedsiębiorca z przyznanego mu statusu przez organy celne oraz efekty analizy porównawczej procesów zarządzania poprzez zaufanie realizowanych w dwóch losowo wybranych przedsiębiorstwach świadczących usługi logistyczne i posiadających status upoważnionego przedsiębiorcy.(abstrakt oryginalny) This study shows the function of an authorized economic operator in the framework of customs law, its role in the development of processes of trade in terms of D.C. North's concept of efficiency of adaptability, the benefits achieved by an authorized economic operator from the status granted by the customs authorities, the effects of a comparative analysis of management processes through trust implemented in two randomly selected enterprises that provide logistics services and have the status of an authorized economic operator.(original abstract)
