Law of Access to Public Information on the Example of the City Hall in Siedlce

Summary/Abstract: Prawo dostępu do informacji publicznej jest gwarantowanym konstytucyjnie prawem każdego z obywateli Polski. Niniejszy artykuł analizuje dostęp do informacji publicznej w obecnym porządku legislacyjnym (stan prawny na dzień 11 stycznia 2017 r.) oraz na podstawie oceny mieszkańców miasta Siedlce. W artykule zawarto bowiem wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród mieszkańców tego miasta. (abstrakt oryginalny) The law of access to public information is guaranteed the law of every citizen of Polish. This article analyzes the access to public information in the present order of legislative (legal status as of January 11, 2017) And on the basis of the inhabitants of the city Siedlce. The article provides for the results of a survey conducted among residents of the city.(original abstract)
