Summary/Abstract: Solving the problem of “medical error” may be looking in different directions. This issue is about several opportunities that Bulgarian law gives victims of medical error and what are the practices in other countries. Answer to these and other questions can give a brief analysis of the responsibility and obligations of the medical specialist.
