Summary/Abstract: The paper represents key aspects of legislative regulation of such important question as advertising of alcoholic drinks. The main body of a paper is built on the analysis of the law of Ukraine «On Advertising» which is one of the main legal acts that regulates specified problem and contains certain conditions, requirements and prohibitions. As a result of research there was found out that contradiction still exists in the legislation and some questions are not regulated.
