Summary/Abstract: Lucrarea rezumă experienţa, practicile şi rezultatele proiectelor de digitalizare desfăşurate până acum de bibliotecile vizitate din regiunea Ravennei şi Bolognei, locuri unde s-a desfăşurat programul Leonardo da Vinci în domeniul educaţiei vocaţionale, câştigat de Biblioteca Universităţii „Transilvania” din Braşov. Pornind de la modelul italian, am expus proiectul de bibliotecă digitală avut în vedere de Biblioteca Judeţeană „George Bariţiu” Braşov, întemeiat pe cărţile poştale ilustrate. S-au prezentat aspectele ridicate de selecţia, scopul şi obiectivele demersului, catalogarea vederilor, legislaţia şi accesul la biblioteca digitală. Materialul doreşte să semnaleze breslei profesioniştilor bibliotecii mai ales chestiunile legale şi să pună în dezbatere problema limitelor în care acţionează dreptul de proprietate intelectuală, astfel încât să se ajungă la găsirea soluţiei cu privire la accesul la bibliotecile digitale de acest tip. The paper presents experience, practices and results in the field of digitization projects applied by the libraries in Ravenna and at Bologna, where the programme Leonardo da Vinci for professional training, won by University Library of Brasov, took place. Starting from the Italian pattern, the author made a presentation digital library project based upon illustrated postcards of Brașov collection possessed by the County Library “George Baritiu” Brasov, Romania. Many aspects concerning choosing postcards for digital library, goal and mission of this project, cataloguing postcards, copyright law and acces to the digital library were described. The paper is intended to be a signal for the librarians and others specialists of book on the delicate and dificult law problems and to provoke a debate about the limits within copyright acts. The aim is the finding of a solution to on-line acces to digital library like that thought and made by the County Library of Brasov.
