Summary/Abstract: In the case we present the courts analyzed the liability of the judicial liquidator. Theinterest of this case resides in the material implications of the engagement of patrimonial liabilityand in the rarity of the judicial requests for engaging this liability.The application was registered under no. 5342/113/2012 and was heard by thesyndic-judge from the Braila County Court, as the first instance, who issued decision no. 211 of18.03.2013, and by the Galati Court of Appeal, which issued the appellate decision no. 600 of02.10.2013.
