Summary/Abstract: This article describes the basics of the application of "kaizen" strategies in management and greening the hospitality of the Ukrainian enterprises. It shows the economic effect of using of energy-efficient technologies on the example of a small hotel. Expediency of the introduction of "green events" at the enterprises of hotel business as a method of improving production. Described conclusions about the need to introduce more efficient and highly productive management strategy.
