Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to find out an answer of the question - what economic solutions and law regulations will stimulate the efficient functioning and development of the Polish health resorts, in conditions of strong competition on the European market of tourist-spa. An additional aim of this work is to identify the drivers of competitiveness and quality of tourist.
