Summary/Abstract: This article explores the essence of the primary accounting and primary documents. The analysis of legal documents and research papers concerning identification of these concepts is conducted. Specific documents in order to prove their affiliation to the primary documents are considered. The primary documents that govern the relationship between clients and contractors in construction are characterized. The initial value of primary documents is performed.
