Summary/Abstract: Articolul pune problema dacă este posibil să se organizeze TOATĂ informaţia din lume. Răspunsul autorului nu este un simplu nu, ci este un nu „complex”. Chestiunea este analizată în profunzime: putem lua în considerare întreaga informaţie? Şi dacă da, este dezirabil să fie organizată în întregime? Şi cum? Şi cine s-o facă? Discutând aceste probleme, lucrarea tratează politica informaţiei, chestiunea minorităţilor culturale, proiectarea OPAC-ului şi modelul FRBR, ontologiile şi folksonomiile. Astfel, sunt abordate deschis problemele centrale ale bibliologiei şi se sugerează soluţii. The paper raises the issue if it is possible to organize ALL the information in the world. The author's answer is not a simple no, but a "complex" one. The issue is analyzed in depth: could we consider all the information? And if yes, it is desirable to organize-it all? And how? And who will do it? Discussing those issues, the paper deals in information policy, the problem of cultural minorities, the OPAC design and the FRBR model, the ontologies and the folksonomies. Thus, the core of the contemporary library issues are openly addressed and solutions are suggested.
