THE CLASSICS OF SOCIOLOGY ABOUT THE ELITES CIRCULATION IN SOCIETY: A MODERN INTERPRETATION

Summary/Abstract: This article discusses some of the classic tenets of the theory change (circulation) elites V. Pareto and other representatives of the theory of elites (U.Moska, R.Mihels), which allow to draw parallels with the present to understand the peculiarities of the political process today. Also presents modern theory of elites, which allow showing specificity of the process change of elites in modern post-Soviet conditions.
