THE STANDARDIZATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES AS A TOOL OF INNOVATION ECONOMY

Summary/Abstract: The scientific and methodological basis for the development of standardization of goods and services as a tool for innovative economy has been done. The market of economy uses a new development in the standardization based on the information and communication technologies for mass customer service, increase accountability for results and social responsibility has been proved. The presence of a harmonized regulatory framework is necessary macroeconomic indicator of the investment climate of the state. Commodity structure of Ukrainian exports to the EU is based on primary products with low added value. To develop a program of implementation of technical regulations on the basis of European New Approach directives in the field of technical regulation in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade of the World Trade Organization including the "Code of Good Practice for the preparation, adoption and application of standards".
