Summary/Abstract: The admissibility of a constitutional complaint based on the infringement of the principle of equality provided for in Art. 32 of the Constitution, without referring at the same time to specific freedoms and right, was resolved for the first time by the Constitutional Tribunal (CT) in its decision dated 24 October 2001.
