Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes approaches to the concept of transparency of competition procedures during selection for civil service positions in Ukraine. The author has conducted a thorough analysis of the main competition procedures when selecting applicants for civil service positions. The paper also defines the main problems of ensuring transparency of competition procedures during selection for civil service positions.
