Summary/Abstract: This is a report from The 23rd Biennial IRSCL Congress “Possible & Impossible Children” which was held in Toronto, Canada on 29 July - 2 August 2017. This year’s theme, “Possible & Impossible Children: Intersections of Children’s Literature and Childhood Studies”, brought together around 400 scholars from 50 countries, gathered to discuss a variety of topics related to the production, representation, and reception of all-media texts for children and young adults.
