Financial System, Financial Market, or Capital Market as the Characteristic Feature of Sub-Branch of Financial Law

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to describe characteristic features of terms: financial system, financial market (or financial markets) and capital market, to organize them into a theoretical internal system following the aim to use the most appropriate one for the denomination of the subbranch of financial law that comprises legal regulation of direct and indirect financing, transfer of financial means or change of financial means for financial means of different kind. Under the influence of stated argumentation, the authors draw the conclusion that the financial system is the most appropriate term, therefore the relevant sub-branch of financial law shall be described as the financial system law.
