Connections between social economy and sustainable development

Summary/Abstract: The authors present the gist of economy with a highlight on social economy and its role in increasing employment, maliny amongst the socially excluded and volunteers as well as enhancing democratization of management. Then they proceed with an analysis of the issue and structure of the third sector of the economy and its main constituent parts such as NGOs and social enterprises, and their connections with the sustainable development.
