Summary/Abstract: The paper aims to introduce the structure of the English Noun Phrase focusing on the way in which the morphological analysis intertwines with the syntactic features. Drawing on Chomsky's Government and Binding Approach, the article identifies possible NP structures that can match certain phrase markers.
