Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes Levallois products in Late Middle Palaeolithic and Initial Upper Palaeolithic industries of Western Transbaikalia. Special attention is paid to the materials of Palaeolithic sites of Hengerecte Mountain. One of the largest sites of Hengerecte Mountain is Burun-Alan-1. The collection of Burun-Alan-1 contains numerous Levallois cores and flakes. Most of them, including classical and asymmetrical Levallois cores, were found in lithological layer 7г. Palaeolithic materials of Hengerecte Mountain have analogies in materials of several sites discovered in Mongolia.
