E-learning jako metoda doskonalenia pracowników w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach
New Prospects for SMEs Employee Training

Summary/Abstract: Barriers of the development of the SME sector were diagnosed and e-learningworking trainings were pointed as ways of their levelling. E-learning teaching process withthe usage of modern computer and multimedia devices was also presented with the considerationof the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning. Next, the Internetquestionnaire with CAWI technique was elaborated. The obtained questionnaire findingsmade among workers of the selected firm indicated circumstances of effective e-learningtrainings in financial service enterprises and also the reasons for the low usage of such trainingsin the SME sector. The findings can be useful for theorists dealing with e-learningissues and also for private and public firms.
