Summary/Abstract: When a politician speaks, several components furnish his speech: enunciative device, ideological representation, lexical range, stylistics of media image, personal myths,… etc. The analysts, who are interested in the staging of all of these elements, use the worldview of the speaker and the context which determines his speech. Similarly, it is obvious that the analysis of political discourse is further enriched by the nature of corpus whose originality is to be both text and TV program. Our study of François Hollande’s discourse, called “Speech by President of the Republic at the opening of the new Islamic Art’s Department at the Louvre Museum”, is to implement the necessary tools that would reveal what the President says on his way to conceive notions of culture and religion.
