Summary/Abstract: Local Data Bank is Poland’s largest collection of information about social, economic and demographic situation as well as the state of the environment of voivodeships, counties and municipalities and also of regions and subregions. The LDB gathers and systematically develops and updates statistical information on various territorial units for statistics. Bank users have access to timely statistical information through its website. Steadily increasing number of users and available features will need to adapt services to users requirements. Therefore, such an important issue is to study the needs and satisfaction of its users. The main aim of this article is to show ways in which the research of users satisfaction in LDB is conducted. The article will present the results of research of users satisfaction of the bank and the methods with the use of which satisfaction research is conducted.
