Summary/Abstract: Since the beginning of the hydrological year of 2016, hydrological and hydrochemical measurements of the Moszczenica River have been taken. Currently, relatively low water flow and water level have been observed. Significant suburbanization of the drainage basin and the particular way of water management influence physicochemical properties of water. Indicators characterizing the Moszczenica as a polluted river are phosphates and, to a lesser extent, ChZTMn. It is visible in both seasonal parameter changeability and relation between their concentration and flow. Over the last quarter of a century, despite the increasing anthropopression, the values of PEW, PO43- and O2 do not indicate any significant changes.
