Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to reflect on the use of modern media, based on e-technologies,to promote traditional food, traditional and regional culinary products as well asplaces and events related to them.The paper presents the essence of this instrument in the context of the concept of usingsocial media in popularizing traditional culinary products and using them as regional attractionsand characterizing the types of tasks that can be implemented using e-technology.The article also includes a brief analysis of several case studies and the conclusions andrecommendations that can be formulated on the basis of this analysis for traditional foodproducers who wish to use these technologies in the process of promoting their image.
