Summary/Abstract: Methodological situation in the modern jurisprudence, the main peculiarity of which is transition from monistic methodology to philosophical and methodological pluralism, is described in the article. It is indicated that creation of methodological developments, structures as well as realization of special programs are directed to contribute the improvement of due juridical technical and technological level of legal acts.
