Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problems of personnel management and shows their connection with the development of social responsibility. It is determined that modern innovative approaches to social development of organizations and enterprises stimulate and formulate fundamentally new strategic directions aimed at finding new mechanisms of personnel management. It is determined that the strong part of Ukraine in the global rating is fairly recognized human capital that exists as the intellectual property of the country and is formed in the process of personnel management. The methods used in management activities are considered and new ones are proposed which are oriented on the social aspect and eliminate unwanted problems in personnel management.
