Summary/Abstract: In the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 2nd April 1997, the chapter which regulates the status The Polish Constitution of 2 April 1997. Chapter on the status of an individual in the country was placed as the second, after the regulations governing the political system, which emphasizes the importance of individual rights and the subordinate role of the state to society. Polish constitution accentuates the individualistic concept of human rights. The principle of freedom and rights and freedoms is the foundation of the political system and defines the essence of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland Polish Constitution.
