Summary/Abstract: The given article considers the features of the legal proceedings in relation to national minorities in Stanyslaviv province in the government politics of the Second Polish Republic in the 1920s. The main attention is paid to the action of Stanyslaviv District Court and Kolomyia District Court and their place in judiciary system of interwar Poland. Some aspects of judicial and police repression on the lands of Stanyslaviv province are indicated. The information from the documents of the State Archives of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast representing the activities of the courts in Eastern Galicia in the composition of the Second Polish Republic is used. It is emphasized, that in the modern conditions of the social integration it is advisable to analyze, research and use the experience of Poland for the development of a highly democratic state taking into consideration historical, ethnic, cultural and others features of the Ukrainian nation.
