Summary/Abstract: The article discusses topical issues of reforming the law enforcement agencies in the context of the adoption of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine in 2012. There is also about the need of identification of the place and the role of the State Bureau of Investigation in the national law enforcement system and specially authorized subjects in the field of anti-corruption activity.
