Summary/Abstract: Presenting the mode to public information and ways is a purpose of this paper of his realization. The access to public information constitutes one of cardinal principles of the contemporary democracy and the civil society. The author indicated ways of giving public information, organs obligated for granting her and manners in the case refusals to give public information.
