SUMMARY OF MODERN POSSIBILITIES AND DETERMINATION OF FURTHER IMPROVEMENT FORENSIC HANDWRITING EXAMINATION DIRECTIONS

Summary/Abstract: The article provides analysis of the forensic handwriting examination capabilities. The achievements of scientific study of handwriting patterns based on different fields of science and improving the methods of forensic handwriting research are examined. The modern problems solved by handwriting research experts generally examined. On the basis of all expert practices the basic directions of further development of judicial handwriting research in modern times were singled out. First of all the activity approach and the study of structure of solving the problems of identification in order to optimize methods of examination are defined. However, the attention is paid to the need for further formation of theoretical and methodological foundations of forensic handwriting diagnostics. The classification tasks of handwriting outlined too. Some of problems of the current development of forensic handwriting examination have been highlights, the basic solutions of the problem were offered.
