Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes civil legal ways that protect the side’s rights in the housing sale contract in Ukraine. We investigate the use of certain methods that protect violated rights and interests. Also investigate the legal consequences of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment side obligations in the housing sale contract. Grounded suggestions for improving the legal regulation mechanism of the violated side’s rights.
