Summary/Abstract: This paper examines theoretical issues and practical elements of undercover investigators (search) action when the privacy of communication, interception of electronic information systems against a person suspected of having committed a criminal offense. Available theoretical basis of evidence obtained in the case of data recording of transport telecommunication systems, their distribution on the evidence and documents. A theoretical aspects and practical issues concerning the establishment of the examination of language, which belongs to the suspect.
