Summary/Abstract: One of the problems with serious consequences in society, both within a family and at the individual level, is the judicial errors. The complexity of justice administration - from the activities of the police, prosecutors to the courts’ activity – and the issues occured during this activity may, in certain circumstances, cause judicial errors.
