Summary/Abstract: The author of the scientific article considering the adoption of a new Criminal Procedure Code and the latest developments regarding the language issue in Ukraine, be especially relevant and require separate consideration of criminal justice entities the right to use their native language. Within the article attempts to identify ways to address this problem. The author proposes ways of rights of criminal proceedings to use their native language interpreter examined procedural status under the new CPC of Ukraine and its role in adversarial criminal process.
